This product is a high-speed 5-axis special motorized spindle for wood milling andcutting, which is mainly used for an engraving and milling machine or amachining center to drill and mill wood, plastics, aluminum and fiber boards;it cannot be used for machining steel, stone, glass and other materials. Thisspindle is characterized with a compact structure, light weight, small inertia,small vibration, low noise, etc., so it can achieve high speed, high precisionand high operational stability.

Itis built-in with a three-phase variable frequency asynchronous efficient motor,which is controlled at infinitely variable speeds through an inverter. By useof the installation method of flange plus T-slot on the bottom, it can make thespindle effectively fixed to reduce the damage of the spindle and extend theservice life of the spindle.

Inparticular, it is equipped with an advanced axial fan from Germany at its tailend which can greatly improve the effect of heat dissipation and also reducethe noise from fan cooling and vibration from fan rotating.

Ithas small vibration; the effect of the machining surface is much better; it isalso characterized with big power and torque and small yaw, etc.

Features

1.Highprecision: The total run-out of the shaft end of the motorized spindle forwoodworking in the inner hole is ≤0.002mm; the vibration of the spindle is≤1.5mm/s; it is characterized with unparallel high precision.

2.Highspeed: The maximum speed of the motorized spindle for woodworking is up to24,000rpm, which can meet requirements for high-speed and efficient machining.

3.High configuration: As a standard configuration, themotorized spindle for woodworking is equipped with the induction switch for thespindle release cutter from Germany, temperature sensor, closed-loop controlencoder, etc.

4.High bearing capacity and rigidity: The front of thespindle is designed with a ceramic ball bearing of international well-knownbrand and big span bearing layout to ensure the high bearing capacity andrigidity of the spindle

5.Customization:The motorized spindle for woodworking is widely used for engraving and millingof various kinds of woods, plastics and fiber board as well as variouswoodworking machines. It can also be customized according to special needs ofcustomers.

6.Highheat dissipation: Its body is made of the aluminum with good dissipation;moreover, its body surface is designed with radiating fins, which caneffectively reduce the heat of the motor. In particular, it is equipped with anadvanced axial fan from Germany at its tail end which can greatly improve theeffect of heat dissipation and also reduce the noise from fan cooling andvibration from fan rotating.
