This product is a kind of high-precision lathe externally-driven spindle, the max. speed of which is 6,000rpm. With A2-5 nose design,Φ170mm and 8M synchronous pulleys are used. It can be configured with 6” and 8” chucks and is applicable to finish turning (FT) and re-machining of steel parts, casting and nonferrous metals as well as the installation of CNC latheit supports the installation of Model 46 CNC lathes and turning-milling composite machine tool.As a kind of high-precision CNC externally-driven spindle supporting re-machining,it is mainly applied to processing in such fields as auto, aerospace and hardware.

With the application of bearing, the product could realize high-precision processing and re-machining with a rigidity ≥600N/μm. The roughness of cut sample Ra ≤0.4μm; even tool grain; roundness ≤2μm;
