This product is a kind of high-precision lathe externally-driven spindle, the max. speed of which is 8,000rpm. With A2-4 nose design, it can be configured with Φ120mm and V-shaped belt pulley.It can be configured with 5” and 6” chucks and is applicable to finish turning (FT) and re-machining of steel parts, casting and nonferrous metals as well as the installation of CNC lathe and turning-milling composite machine tool,it is mainly used for processing in such fields as hardware, clocks and lamps.
1. Application of high-performance bearing
With the application of bearing, the product could realize high rotation precision and is therefore applicable to the high-speed cutting of nonferrous metals in clock and lamp field. The cut samples have a favorable appearance grain with a roughness Ra≤0.4μm and roundness ≤2μm.
